• DESIGN & PLANNING :
  Our Planning and Design team plays a key role in shaping the most crucial steps of the collection process, keeping a finger on the pulse of fashion. Through market research, trend analysis, and a deep understanding of customer needs, we create innovative and original designs. Fabric selection, color palettes, model sketches, and pre production details are meticulously planned in this department. Our goal is to combine aesthetics with functionality to deliver high quality and stylish products.

• SAMPLE DEVELOPMENT
  Our Sample Department plays a crucial role in the transition from design to production. The first prototypes of the designed products are prepared here and evaluated in terms of both quality and design. Collection and production samples are created based on customer requirements, streamlining the pre production approval process and ensuring the final product is developed as accurately as possible. Our in house team of three experienced pattern makers allows us to provide a full pattern development service, tailored to each client’s design and fit requirements.

• CUTTING
  Our Fabric Cutting Department is one of the cornerstones of our production process. In this stage, the fabrics of the approved samples and production models are cut precisely according to the technical drawings. Accurate cutting directly impacts the quality of the final product, which is why this process is carried out meticulously by an experienced team using modern technologies.

• SEWING
  Our Sewing Department is where the cut fabrics are assembled in accordance with the design, marking a key stage in the production process. With the expertise of our experienced operators and the use of modern sewing machines, we produce durable and aesthetically pleasing garments that meet high quality standards. Every detail is handled with precision, making this one of the most critical steps in bringing the final product to life.

• QUALITY CONTROL
  Our Quality Control Department ensures that every product meets the defined standards. Every detail from stitching to fabric, measurements to accessories is carefully inspected. The goal is to deliver flawless, high quality products that meet customer expectations. With thorough checks at every stage of production, we ensure reliable and sustainable manufacturing.

• IRONING
  In our Ironing Department, the finished products are given their final appearance. Using professional equipment, garments are smoothed out and given a neat, polished look. Final inspections are also carried out at this stage. This department represents the last quality checkpoint before the product is presented to the customer.

• PACKAGING
  Our Packaging Department is where products that have passed the ironing and final inspection stages are carefully folded and packed. Each item is prepared for shipment using packaging that is both protective and visually appealing. During this process, product labels, size information, and customer specific requirements are meticulously checked to ensure everything is in place. Our goal is to deliver a smooth and professional experience to the customer.
